Protein Bounty Bars








             In a food processor, blend together: 4 scoops of plant-based protein powder, 2 cups
             of unsweetened shredded coconut, 2 tbsps of coconut oil, 2 tbsps of stevia & slowly
             add in almond milk until the batter begins to stick together. Form batter into
             individual bars with your hands and top with melted dark chocolate.

                       Makes 4 small bars. Serves: 4                                                                                   193
