TZATZIKI CHICKPEA SALAD 198
Tzatziki sauce: In a food processor, blend: 1 cup of non-fat plain
greek yogurt, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1/4 of a chopped up cucumber (remove
the seeds), 1 tsp of dill & a drop of lemon juice. Pour sauce over 1 Servings: 2
can of drained chickpeas and serve with grilled veggies.
