                                                                                                 In a separate bowl, mix together 6 tbsps of
                                                                                                  psyllium husk with 1 cup of hot water and
                                                                                                                                         set aside.

                                                                                                In a food processor, blend together: 1 cup of
                                                                                                       coconut flour, 6 whole eggs, 1/2 cup of
                                                                                                     extra-virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup of melted
                                                                                               coconut oil & 1 tbsp of sea salt. Now add the
                                                                                                   psyllium husk to the processor and blend
                                                                                               altogether until well mixed. Place batter in a
                                                                                                small loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
                                                                                                   Bake at 350 for 45 mins. Wait a couple of
                                                                                                   minutes for it to cool down, then cut into
                                                                                                                                             slices.






                                                                                                       Makes: 10-12 slices
