               CINNAMON






        FRENCH TOAST




        Directions: Use 4 slices of coconut flour

        bread (recipe on page 37) and dip in french

        toast mix: 1 whole egg, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1
        tbsp of stevia, a drop of almond milk.

        Spray your pan with coconut oil spray and

        grill each slice on medium heat for 2 mins                                                                                          40
        each side. Top with fresh blueberries and

        chocolate protein icing (optional): Simply mix
        1 scoop of chocolate protein powder with a

        little bit of almond milk and pour on top.
