                                                                                               Directions: In a separate bowl, mix together
                                                                                                2 tbsps of psyllium husk with 1/2 cup of hot
                                                                                              water. Set aside for 5 mins until it turns into
                                                                                                     a thick gel. Then add in 2 whole eggs, 2
                                                                                               scoops of protein powder, 1.5 tbsps of stevia,
                                                                                                 1/3 cup of almond milk. Spray coconut oil
                                                                                                     on a pan and cook about 1/4 cup of the
                                                                                                 batter at a time on medium heat for about
                                                                                                                              1.5 mins each side.
















                  Makes 8 small pancakes. Serves: 2
