Cauliflower
Hashbrowns
Chop up 1 whole cauliflower into small
pieces, discarding the large stems. Place
cauliflower pieces in a food processor and
pulse on low until cauliflower turns into tiny
little pieces (leaving no large chunks)
Microwave cauliflower for 2 mins to soak up
the moisture and then drain as much water
as you can using a strainer.
Pour into a bowl and mix in: 1 whole egg, 1
tsp of sea salt & 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
of choice. 38
Form batter into squares and lay on a
parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 20 mins
