Our Focus
Our Environment
1. Review the building sustainability data collection process, assign data ownership and develop the necessary centralized data management system for future reporting
2. Allocate departmental training fund speci c to building environmental and sustainability programmes
3. Establish the target percentage of recycling the construction waste for different materials/ types of projects
4. Develop sustainable development guideline for applying sustainable building and interior tting-out materials
5. Continue to improve the Property Environmental Management System
1. Pursue LEED and BEAM Plus (Gold rating) certi cation for SCTC project
