behaviors
• behavior changes It is easy for people to change?
Answer
• behavior changes like exercise, I think I can’t believe so It’s hard for patient to change the
behavior
• Those can be a very big factor in their health because they don’t want to engage in healthy
behaviors but for the harmful behaviors, they love drink, party, smoking, coke, all kinds of
fat products (burgers) and they don’t have any motivation. It’s just only depression. If I
don't drink and smoke, I will die and be so depressed because I love and enjoy that part
of my life.
• Do not engage in healthy behaviors
o Not eating healthy or not exercising regularly
• Engage in harmful behaviors/habits
o Smoking and drinking excessive alcohol
• Lack the motivation needed to change these underlying behaviors that would optimize
outcomes
