                   • Do you have a lot of time to manage your patient at the IPD/OPD?

Answer In Government hospitals, it’s so hard to spend time with them and quality time with them.
It’s just only giving medicine to them. It’s not like that. so how can you engage them fully and
discuss with them about the medication.

confidence to talk to people, especially foreigners in particular.
                          b. Misperception that good counseling skills are innate and certain people are born
                              with these skills
                          c. Cross-cultural shocks, when you have to deal with a foreigner and try to understand
                              them with different cultures.

                                 • Some nonverbal communication that people do in our culture. It might be
something that makes them misunderstood or hating you because It’s
unacceptable in their eyes but maybe not in your eyes.
                                 • For example inappropriate tone of voice, incongruent nonverbal cues
                          e. Inability to stop judgmental. Sometimes you see people walk into drug stores or
hospitals and you act something that you may label them as well.

               2. Patient-centered
                          a. Language barriers
                          b. The patient cannot hear as well in elderly people and also have a problem with
                              visual, hearing, or physical challenges’
