4. Know your content
• This is the hardest part of the presentation because the content should interest the
audience. (Aware of the audience retention)
• Making sure the suitable type of style and vocabulary.
• Make a storyboard consisting of the main idea or purpose, conclusion, introduction, and
body respectively when planning the materials as well as introduction, body, and
conclusion when delivering the presentation.
• Using notes to keep you on track by preparing note cards because it helps the audience
to follow and remember.
