                   •  The number of people who will be attending your presentation, then you need to prepare
                       your visual aids and also your handout for how many copies you have to prepare.
                   •  Audiovisual aids available
                   •  Budget and time limitations - Sometimes it can be costly if you need to do slides or film,
                       but now it is great and easy to have a PowerPoint for your presentation.
                   •  Advantages vs Disadvantages - It depends on each tool.
