a. Annual Salary: Ms. Lammert's position is a salaried position exempt from overtime
benefits. The salary for 2018 shall be increased on May 1, 2018. The amount will be
pro-rated, with date listed above, based on a $65,000 per year salary. The annual gross
salary for 2019 will be $65,000, payable according to regular Village payroll
operations, which is biweekly. The Village, in its sole discretion, may increase Ms.
Lammert’s salary for subsequent years of this Agreement, dependent upon the results
of the performance review discussed below.
b. Health Benefits: Ms. Lammert will receive health benefits in accordance with the
Personnel Policy Manual.
c. Retirement: The Village shall make a payment equal to 11.5% of Ms. Lammert's 2018
wages to the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program.
d. Holidays: Ms. Lammert is entitled to the same paid holidays as other Village non-
union employees.
e. Vacation: Effective May 1, 2018, Ms. Lammert will receive three weeks paid vacation.
Effective January 1, 2019, Ms. Lammert shall be entitled to four weeks of paid vacation
in 2019.
f. Sick days: Ms. Lammert shall earn sick leave and payout in accordance with the
Personnel Policy Manual.
g. Outside employment: Ms. Lammert shall be allowed to engage in other outside
employment provided that said employment does not conflict with nor interfere with
her employment.
5. Performance Review, Goals and Performances Objectives
The Village Administrator shall review and evaluate the performance of Ms. Lammert yearly. To
assist in the conduct of said reviews, the Village Administrator and Ms. Lammert shall jointly
define and prioritize such goals and performance objectives that they deem necessary for the proper
operation of the Village and for the attainment of the Village’s policy objectives.
6. Termination
a. Events Causing Termination: In compliance with Section Two (2), this Agreement
may be terminated by the Village or Ms. Lammert as follows:
1. Ms. Lammert shall provide 30 days written notice to the Village if she decides to
terminate this Agreement.
2. The Village Board may terminate Ms. Lammert's employment by a majority vote
