RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS/CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS &
STORMWATER/WASTEWATER COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING ENTERING
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WESTBROOK ASSOCIATED ENGINEERS,

INC. IN REGARD TO THE 2018 ROUTINE BRIDGE INSPECTIONS

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant is required to have two routine bridge
inspections; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to enter into a contract for these services; and

WHEREAS, Westbrook Associated Engineers, Inc., has submitted a quote
to provide services at the cost of these inspections for $1,295

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the execution of an agreement with Westbrook Associated
Engineers, Inc. for the 2018 routine bridge inspections

2. That the funds for said maintenance project shall be taken from
Fund 101 Fund Balance.

3. That the Village Administrator is authorized to execute any sales
contracts or other documents necessary to carry out the intent of
this resolution.
