RESOLUTION BY THE FINANCE AND BUDGETARY COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING
ENTERING INTO A FOUR-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH DH ASSESSMENTS LLC FOR

ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR THE YEARS 2019, 2020, 2021 AND 2022

WHEREAS, 2018 is the last year of three-year contact for assessment services for the
Village with the current assessor; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees is satisfied with the present service provider and
there is a need to arrange for assessment services for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022;

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,

Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the execution of an agreement with DH Assessments LLC for

assessment services for the village for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022

is authorized and approved subject to final review by the Village

Administrator.

2. The contract price shall be:

2019 $22,200 (plus $60.00 per hour for Open Book and

Board of Review)

2020 $22,200(plus $60.00 per hour for Open Book and

Board of Review)

2021 $22,200(plus $60.00 per hour for Open Book and

Board of Review)

2022 $22,200(plus $60.00 per hour for Open Book and

Board of Review)

With an increase of 30% for any year in which a revaluation is

performed.

3. The Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized to sign any

agreements or other documents necessary to carry out the intent of this

resolution; and

4. That the funds for said contract shall be taken from account

# 101-51530-290; and

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 4th day of September, 2018.
