RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND
STORMWATER & WASTE WATER COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING A

CONTRACT WITH THE EXPEDITERS, INC. FOR THE TELEVISING AND
CLEANING OF CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER LINES

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant has many older sanitary sewer
mains; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to televise and clean existing sanitary sewer
lines to enable the Village to evaluate the condition of the mains prior to any road
resurfacing work; and

WHEREAS, the cost of performing said service for 96th Street, Carol Ann
Drive, and Rayne Road is estimated to be $8,500;

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That a contract with The Expeditors to televise and clean
existing sanitary sewers on 96th Street Carol Ann Drive, and
Rayne Road is authorized and approved at cost not to exceed
$10,000.

2. That the costs for said services shall be taken from Fund 602,
account # 602-62832-350.

3. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to execute any contracts, agreements or other documents
necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin, this 21st day of August, 2018.
