Nineteenth Dynasty
(Rameses I, Seti I, Ramesses II, Merneptah)

Ramesses II: He is considered one of the greatest kings and he
was distinguished by military and architectural works and
achievements. He ruled Egypt for a period of up to 67 years, and
until now we do not have a specific number of his children. There
are opinions that say that they were more than 150, others
mention that they were 52 boys, 32 girls. He was fond of creating
many Antiquities, restoration of the effects of his ancestors, and
writing his name on them. We find his monuments spread
throughout all of Egypt.

As for his wars with the Hittites, it is mentioned that in the fifth
year of his rule he defeated them, but we find that the Hittites in
their monuments also mentioned their victory, and therefore we
find that in this battle there was not a complete victory for both
parties, but in the eighth year he sent a disciplinary campaign to
