               vp, and no man shall open them: all Iudah shall vs, and thy Name is called vpon vs: forsake vs
               be caried away captiue: it shall be wholy caried not.   10  Thus saith the Lord vnto this people,
               away captiue.   20  Lift vp your eyes and beholde Thus haue they delited to wander: they haue not
               them that come from the North: where is the refrained their feete, therefore the Lord hath no
               flocke that was giuen thee, euen thy beautifull delight in them: but he will now remember their
               flocke?  21  What wilt thou saye, when hee shall iniquitie, and visite their sinnes.  11  Then sayd
               visite thee? (for thou hast taught them to be the Lord vnto me, Thou shalt not pray to do this
               captaines and as chiefe ouer thee) shall not sorow people good.  12 When they fast, I will not heare
               take thee as a woman in trauaile?  22 And if thou their cry, and when they offer burnt offering, and
               say in thine heart, Wherefore come these things an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will
               vpon me? For the multitude of thine iniquities consume them by the sworde, and by the famine
               are thy skirts discouered and thy heeles made and by the pestilence.      13  Then answered I, Ah
               bare.  23 Can the blacke More change his skin? or Lord God, beholde, the prophets say vnto them,
               the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, Ye shall not see the sworde, neither shall famine
               that are accustomed to do euill.  24 Therefore will come vpon you, but I wil giue you assured peace
               I scatter them, as the stubble that is taken away in this place.  14 Then the Lord said vnto me, The
               with the South winde.    25  This is thy portion, prophets prophecie lyes in my Name: I haue not
               and ye part of thy measures from me, sayth the sent them, neither did I command them, neither
               Lord, because thou hast forgotten me and trusted spake I vnto them, but they prophecie vnto you
               in lyes.   26  Therefore I haue also discouered a false vision, and diuination, and vanitie, and
               thy skirts vpon thy face, that thy shame may      deceitfulnes of their owne heart.   15  Therefore
               appeare.  27 I haue seene thine adulteries, and thy  thus saith the Lord, Concerning the prophets that
               neiings, the filthinesse of thy whoredome on the  prophecie in my Name, whom I haue not sent,
               hils in the fieldes, and thine abominations. Wo   yet they say, Sworde and famine shall not be
               vnto thee, O Ierusalem: wilt thou not bee made    in this land, by sword and famine shall those
               cleane? when shall it once be?                    prophets be consumed.     16  And the people to

                                                                 cast out in the streetes of Ierusalem, because of

               water, who came to the welles, and founde no ceasing: for the virgine daughter of my people
               water: they returned with their vessels empty:    is destroyed with a great destruction, and with
               theywereashamedandconfounded, andcouered          a sore grieuous plague.   18  For if I go into the

               did faile, because there was no grasse.  7  O Lord, peace, and there is no good, and for the time of
               though our iniquities testifie against vs, deale health, and behold trouble.  20  We acknowledge,
               with vs according to thy name: for our rebellions O Lord, our wickednesse and the iniquitie of our

               are many, we sinned against thee. O the hope of fathers: for we haue sinned against thee.   21 Doe
               Israel, the sauiour thereof in the time of trouble, not abhorre vs: for thy Names sake cast not
               why art thou as a strager in ye land, as one that  downe the throne of thy glory: remember and
               passeth by to tary for a night? Why art thou as   breake not thy couenant with vs.  22 Are there any

               a man astonied, and as a strong man that cannot   among the vanities of the Gentiles, that can giue
               helpe? yet thou, O Lord, art in the middes of
