 CREATING PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS

HOW WILL YOUR INDIVIDUAL PATHWAYS PLAN (IPP) LOOK THIS YEAR? EXPLORING & DISCOVERING ALL ABOUT ME

The Creating Pathways to Success program puts students at the centre of their own learning encouraging them to
become competent, successful, and contributing members of society. The program is based on the following three My Portfolio
 guiding principles: Pathways Plan

Through a four- step inquiry process: Who am I?, What are my opportunities?, Who do I want to become?, and What
is my plan for achieving my goals?, students become the architects of their lives as they gain confidence in their abili-
ty to continuously implement and revise their plans. Students, in grades seven to twelve, explore, assess and reassess
their knowledge, opportunities, goals, and post secondary plans by creating their own Individual Pathways Plan (IPP). Assessments Goal Setting
