3. RISK ANALYSIS
This document defines the main characteristics of the PAT, and its proper use to
avoid the risks that accidents in its use could produce. Likewise, the main risks
both intrinsic and misuse will be indicated, giving the solutions to be taken to
avoid possible accidents. Rules of use, places and form of transport and storage
will be given, as well as the guidelines to follow to carry out a good conservation
and inspection.
MAIN RISK FALL IN HEIGHT
The operator must ALWAYS wear THE SAFETY HARNESS
connected to the life line that has previously been fixed in a safe
place outside the landing before installing the platform in the
recess, and which will be fixed in the upper part of the recess.

It is mandatory to use Systems, equipment and its components of Protection for Work at
Height Full Body Harnesses (parachute type)
