Dear Members, Sponsored Guest, and Alumni,
Welcome Back to all the members who have returned this fall from their time away. It is so wonderful to see the activity
and engagement here at the club this Fall. As I reflect on the recent events held here in the past week, I continue to be
impressed by the amazing team we have here at Bocaire.

The recent Adult Halloween Party was a huge success! Many dressed for the occasion. The Children’s Halloween event was
outstanding, with all taking the opportunity to join other members in face painting, candy and the many games and
activities put on by the fitness center team.

I wanted to mention the continuing progress made on the clubhouse renovations. We will have a new video walk thru
coming out in the next two weeks to show the current progress Construction of the Tennis and Pickleball courts is
underway, and we are looking forward to our grand opening. I will continue to update the community as the project
progresses.

Please remember, the “Meet the Candidates” special meeting of the membership will take place on Sunday, November 12 ,
at 3:00 pm followed by a presentation of the “Management Plan for the Reopening of the Clubhouse”. In addition, the

Bocaire Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, December 3 , with registration at 3:30 pm and the start time is scheduled
for 4:00 pm. Your vote is very important as we will be electing four new Board members to continue the work
in forming the future of our community. Although, this election will be by paper ballot, we continue to move forward
on establishing the electronic voting platform for the Spring.

Looking ahead, the events and activities schedule is full and the November and December calendars are now available. We
hope you will join your friends and neighbors and take advantage of what your Club is offering because there is truly
something for everyone!
