Have you considered praying without
asking for a thing? Have you gone to Him
in prayer:

❖ just because you want to be in
His presence?
❖ just because you love Him?
❖ just because you want to feel
close to Him?
Some time ago God spoke these
words to my heart and they seem to fit in
with this context. He said:
“Some come to me because they
need me. They feel desperate. They
don’t know who else to turn to. When
no one else will meet their needs, they
turn to me. This is ‘The Kiss of Need’.
Some people never kiss me. They
never come to me. They feel they
have no need of me. They do not love
me. I am of no significance in their
lives. This is ‘No Kisses’.
