                                                     Tom Clark: Leadership Southern Maryland's

                                                     newest board member


                                                     We are so pleased to share that Thomas Clark, Executive Vice President of
                                                     MIL’s Rapid Engineering and Prototyping Solutions (REPS) sector has been
                                                     elected to the Leadership Southern Maryland (LSM) Board of Directors. Clark
                                                     is a 2018 graduate of LSM's Executive Program, an LSM Alumni Association
                                                     Lifetime Member, and serves as LSM’s Development Committee Chairman.

        “I am thrilled to have been elected to the LSM’s board of directors,” said Clark. “I moved to Southern Maryland nearly 20 years ago and
        it was always a priority for me to support the wellness of the community I live in. Supporting local organizations like this gives me a
        great sense of pride and belonging – the people of LSM are wonderful and do a fantastic job educating our local leaders on the issues
        that have impact across the many industries and organizations in our tri-county community.”
        In addition to his work with LSM, Clark is a long-time member of The Patuxent Partnership, the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance, the
        Southern Maryland Chapter of the Project Management Institute, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.

        With over 30 years of progressive communications, information technology, and business operations management experience, Clark
        has established himself as a leader at MIL, managing a team of highly-skilled project managers, engineers, technicians, and analysts.
        Under his guidance, Clark’s workforce provides rapid prototyping and Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber,
        Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) engineering, integration, and and technical support services to the Naval Air
        Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field (NAWC WOLF) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) organizations.
        Clark has worked at MIL’s Lexington Park, Md. office since 2005. He was educated during his enlistment in the United States Navy
        (1990 – 1995) where he received his data processing technician rating and multiple technical certifications in information technology
        and systems administration. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
