By the Numbers
The demonstration of our survey platform was limited but the data was so precise in where and
how we are doing well and where we have opportunity for improvement that the team decided to
purchase the full platform so greater analysis and improvements can be seen.
Key takeaways from your comments make it clear we still have room to grow in the following areas:
» The need to communicate and collaborate more effectively across company lines
» Reducing impartiality—both perceived and actual instances
» Improving equal treatment of all employees
As seen in the software’s word cloud, the one word that appears most often is “employees”—and
while it is a large part of that 5% area for improvement, it is our greatest asset and therefore our
greatest concern. MIL looks forward to finding positive ways to address each opportunity for
improvement and providing a sense of transparency in those efforts.
The good news is that 95% of you found MIL’s overall culture to be highly professional, inclusive,
and family oriented! Those are words we truly love to see and hear in such an overwhelming
number. The comments used here empower our teams to duplicate what’s important to our
employees and create a leadership pipeline which nurtures our core values and company culture!
