BEST TECHNIQUES FOR INTERVIEWING AND SELECTING CANDIDATES
Your Talent Acquisition Partner will review online applications and
will conduct phone screens with top candidates.
After phone-screening, your Talent Acquisition partner will
provide you with a group of candidates, request your review and
confirmation to move forward with your on-site interviews.
It is helpful to give your Talent Acquisition Partner a few dates and
times of availability so that they can schedule multiple candidates
for you.
For many roles, we have found that interview days or a couple of
hours of availability for back-to-back interviews is helpful to reach
a quick consensus on multiple candidates. However, talent
acquisition will partner with you regarding your schedule.
