THE INTERVIEW
The environment should be a quiet location, free from distractions.
Be on time & end on time.
Introduce yourself and others.
To begin, break the ice by making small talk.
Inform the candidate of the interview process.
End the interview with providing candidates a tour of the unit
Conclude your session with the candidate by letting them know
their Talent Acquisition Partner will follow-up in the next couple of
days with an update on their status.
