                               The environment should be a quiet location, free from distractions.









                               Be on time & end on time.









                               Introduce yourself and others.









                               To begin, break the ice by making small talk.









                               Inform the candidate of the interview process.









                               End the interview with providing candidates a tour of the unit









                               Conclude your session with the candidate by letting them know




                                     their Talent Acquisition Partner will follow-up in the next couple of





                                     days with an update on their status.
