The GROW Leader Coaching Tool For Onboarding and Beyond
The goal of coaching is to work with an employee to improve individual, team, and department performance.
Proactive coaching is utilized when a person is taking on a new or challenging task or learning a different skill or
job function. Reactive coaching is utilized when a person or team is falling below or behind expectations or needs
performance enhancements. Coaching requires frequent feedback and formal discussions.
