The teapot [above] is literally smothered in traditional Chinese motifs and figural scenes. It is a high quality item
that although highly traditional, has many individualist elements that make it stand out from the crowd. The
spout is particularly elegant; the continuous ruyi frieze skirted base an entirely appropriate addition.
The pair of reticulated baskets with birds flying in and out of the bamboo foliate motif are superbly elegant and
well executed.
