A GREYISH-GREEN JADE MAGNOLIA-FORM VASE PROVENANCE

acquired prior to 1971.
The vase is well carved as a large magnolia blossom with out-turned
petals borne on a gnarled, budding, branch which is intermingled at EXHIBITED
the base with fowering tree peony and begonia. The fnely polished, On loan: High Museum of Art, Atlanta, Georgia,
grey-green stone has some areas of opaque mottling and some September 1973 to September 1980.
