A PALE GREENISH-WHITE AND RUSSET JADE
‘DOUBLE PEACH’ CARVING
18TH CENTURY
The carving depicts two plump peaches borne on a leafy, gnarled branch that forms the base.
The slender, graceful leaves rise from the branch around the sides. The pale greenish-white
stone has some russet veining and an opaque area with added russet-brown color.
