                           A GREYISH-WHITE AND RUSSET JADE VASE AND COVER
                           18TH-19TH CENTURY
                           The fattened body of oval section is raised on a pedestal foot fanked by two mythical
                           lion-like beasts with raised heads standing beside rocks, the tallest rock surmounted by a
                           third, seated beast, and the shoulder encircled by a band of pendent ruyi heads below a
                           pair of openwork scroll handles that fank the waisted neck. The cover is surmounted by a
                           separately made, faceted fnial. The greyish-white stone of warm tone has areas of russet color.
