                                                                               TWO LARGE WHITE JADE BELT
                                                                               BUCKLES
                                                                               18TH CENTURY
                                                                               Each is carved in high relief and undercut
                                                                               with a chilong with a beard crawling towards
                                                                               the dragon-head hook; the larger has areas of
                                                                               russet color, and on the smaller belt hook the
                                                                               chilong grasps a leafy stem in its jaws.

          A WHITE JADE CIRCULAR PLAQUE
          QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
          The plaque is carved and pierced with the
          Eight Buddhist Emblems (bajixiang), with
          the endless knot in the center. Together
          with a pale greenish-white jade two-part
          oval ftting carved and pierced with the
          Hehe erxian standing amidst foliate scroll,
          and a white jade butterfy-form plaque of
          triangular shape.
