A WHITE JADE ‘DRAGON AND PHOENIX’ OVAL PENDANT
18TH CENTURY
One side is carved in relief with a dragon, its body flling the space as it rises from the
bottom to the top, and the reverse with a phoenix standing with its head turned backwards
and its long tail feathers swept forward between the legs. The stone is of even color.
