2.1.5 Status Bar

The status bar provides instructions in using the features, feature information when selected in the
Graphics window, and selection measurements. For details about Selection, see the Selection category
in the Geometry section of the Options panel.

2.2 Menus

All features and tools available in the ANSYS Design Modeler application are accessible via drop down
menus in the Design Modeler Menus toolbar. The toolbar consists of the following menus:

File Menu: contains basic file operations.
Create Menu: contains various 3D creation and modification tools.
Concept Menu: contains tools to create line bodies and surfaces.

Tools Menu: use for program customization, parameter management, and global operations.
View Menu: use to modify display settings.
Help Menu: provides access to online application documentation.
