1. Each line of the file defines a single station.
2. Each line contain four fields to define the station:
w Station ID: must be a unique positive integer
w Length: must be positive
w Outer Diameter: The outer diameter of the cross section, which must be positive
w Inner Diameter: The inner diameter of the cross section, which must be less than the outer
diameter. This value may be zero is the cross section has no inner diameter.
2.2.2 Create Menu
The following feature options are available under the Create Menu. The 3D Features are:

New Plane: Use the New Plane tool to create a new plane. Click on Type in the Details View to
display the drop down menu that lists the different types of plane construction:
