As I see it, you have to put in the “hard graft” to gain benefit as the business develops.

 I see a role for me to teach when necessary,
 to train someone when necessary

 to communicate with someone in English overseas or Ukraine as necessary,

 To create an environment of learning, trust and relationships through education
pedagogy in a western style.

As we progress with the business model, we learn from our mistakes and successes,
and we modify, amend or recreate what we need to function better for the next time.

So I guess at this time one cannot see a defined or finite role except as we say in
English “to be Jack of all trades, but master of none”!

However, hopefully, I see my overall, and eventual role as overseeing the operational
needs of the Language learning areas, from recruitment to exams, evaluation of
students, and a registration of the centre as a corporate body for exams recognition.

 To manage the centre for English courses in:

 Cambridge English-PET-KET courses certification
 International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS) certification and or

testing/preparation centre

 Training of Adult Business English models for job specific English
 Cultural training for industry to prepare Business for trade/communication with

the west

 Liaising and communication with external overseas universities and colleges
for exchange or student enrolments

 Where necessary pedagogical training for Ukraine “Wannabe teachers of
English”

 Vocational/Educational advice and counselling for university/college entry in

Europe/UK/USA etc.
 English and other related COURSE DESIGN and construction of resources and

materials for use in the Academy.

 Tertiary level UK/Australian academic subjects for IGCSE A/A level (UK)

 Especially for the ladies: A Cultural awareness course for potential marital

aspirants wanting to live in UK/USA/Australia, and the “Western Male Psychic”.
