The Together Empowered Engagement survey launches September 8
The lab and ER teams recently celebrated a milestone in patient safety—100 days without a mislabeled sample. "Their dedication to taking an extra minute and using patient label checkpoints have ensured accurate and timely results for our patients," Lab Director Angela Simmons said. The data is tracked using a quality performance report and RADAR system.
