some of the policies, standards of conduct, safety regulations, disciplinary rules and benefits
that apply to all employees. The policies, benefits, and other information contained in this
Handbook are guidelines only and are subject to change in our sole discretion. While we will
normally attempt to provide you with advance notice of any change, we reserve the right to
