Social media use should not interfere with your work responsibilities while on a client
assignment. The client's computer systems are to be used for business purposes only. When
using the client's computer systems, use of social media for business purposes may only be
authorized with prior approval of the client; however personal use of social media networks or
personal blogging of online content is not permitted and could result in disciplinary action.
If, in the process of making a personal post or upload on the Internet, you identify yourself as
our employee or of the client, whether by explicit statement or by implication, you must clearly
state that the views expressed in your post, or at your blog, social media page, or website, are
your own, and do not reflect the views of the Company or the client.
Unless the use is consistent with your job duties, you may not use our or client trademarks,
logos, or other images, nor may you make false or misleading statements about us or the
client’s philosophy, products, services, opinions, or affiliations with other companies.
You must refrain from making any statements that relate to any stock offerings or existing stock
prices relating to the client company you are assigned to.
Please keep in mind that your personal postings will be read not only by your friends and
family, but possibly by your coworkers and bosses, as well as our Company’s customers, clients,
and competitors. Even if you post anonymously or under a pseudonym, your identity can be
discovered relatively easily. Use your common sense when deciding what to include in a post or
comment. Don’t say something that you wouldn’t want anyone associated with us or the client
to read.
Although not an exclusive list, some specific examples of prohibited social media conduct
include posting commentary, content, or images that are defamatory, pornographic,
proprietary, harassing, libelous, or that can create a hostile work environment.
You may not to publish, post or release any information that is considered confidential or not
public.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY
COMMITMENT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
Safety is everyone's responsibility! We believe that accidents, injuries, and workplace illnesses
are preventable and expect each employee to take personal responsibility for health and safety
in the workplace. You must perform every task with concern and consideration for the health
and safety of yourself, your fellow employees, visitors, clients, and the communities in which
we conduct business. You must follow all operating practices, procedures, safety rules, and
regulations designed to prevent injuries, illnesses, and losses.
