WORKPLACE SAFETY AND SECURITY
PROHIBITION OF VIOLENCE AND BULLYING
We are committed to a safe work environment for our employees, and to work with our
employees to maintain a work environment that is free from violence, harassment,
intimidation, and other disruptive behavior. We will not tolerate any acts or threats of violence
by any employee or former employee against any other employee, former employee, clients,
co-workers, or visitors on company or client property at any time or while engaged in business
with or on behalf of the company or client, on or off company or client property at any time.
The list of behaviors below, while not inclusive, provides examples of conduct that is
prohibited:
Causing physical injury to another person
Making threatening remarks
Aggressive or hostile behavior that creates a reasonable fear of injury or inflicts
emotional distress, such as stalking or intimidation
Intentionally damaging company/client property or property of another
employee/co-worker
Possession of a weapon while on company/client property or while on company
business. A weapon is defined as a device, instrument, or substance that is used
for, or is readily capable of, causing death or serious bodily injury - these include
guns, knives, clubs, chemicals, and explosive devices.
Committing acts motivated by, or related to, unlawful discrimination, sexual or
other harassment, or domestic violence
If you observe an incident or threat of violence that is immediate and serious, IMMEDIATELY
DIAL 9-1-1 and report it to the police.
If the incident or threat does not appear to require immediate police intervention, please
contact non-emergency number for the police department and report it as soon as possible.
Any potentially dangerous situation must be reported immediately to the Staffing Specialist or
Human Resource at 1-888-222-0457. All complaints will be investigated promptly and
appropriate action will be taken. You will not face retaliation for making a complaint.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
If you have been threatened or are concerned about violence or abuse by a current or former
spouse, intimate partner, or other family member, we encourage you to report it to the Human
