EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT



               I hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy Temporary Solutions, Inc. Employee
               Handbook Revised 2/2017.  I understand that this employee handbook replaces any and all
               prior verbal and written communications regarding Temporary Solutions, Inc.  working
               conditions, policies, procedures, appeal processes, and benefits. I understand the Handbook
               contains important information about the Company’s policies and procedures, and I am
               expected to read the handbook and familiarize myself with the content and the polices.   In
               addition, I understand the policies contained in the Handbook apply to me and I will act in

               accord with these policies and procedures as a condition of my employment with Temporary
               Solutions, Inc. I agree that if there is any policy or provision that I do not understand, I will seek
               clarification from my Staffing Specialist at Temporary Solutions, Inc.

               With regard to the handbook, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures contained herein.
               I understand that these policies and procedures are continually evaluated and may be revised,
               supplemented, rescinded, modified, or deviated from time to time, with or without notice, and
               at the Company’s discretion.

               I understand that neither this handbook nor any other written or verbal communication by a
               management representative is intended to, in any way, create a contract of employment and
               that this handbook is for informational purposes only.

               I also understand that the Company is an at-will employer, which permits the Company or the

               employee to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without
               notice.    Employment  is  not  for  a  fixed  term  or  definite  period  and  no  supervisor  or  other
               representative has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific
               period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the above.

               I understand that it is solely my responsibility to contact Temporary Solutions, Inc. about any
               employment-related questions and/or issues that arise during my employment.

               I understand that the information contained in this handbook is confidential and that nothing
               contained herein is intended to violate or supersede applicable law.
