We and the client supports those who serve in the armed forces to protect our country. In
keeping with this commitment, and in accordance with state and federal law, if you must be
absent from work for military service you are entitled to take a military leave of absence. You
may use any available paid time off for the absence. When you are on a temporary or extended
military leave you may, at your option, use any or all accrued paid annual or personal leave
during your absence. When your military leave ends, you will be reinstated to the position you
formerly held, or to a comparable position, as long as you meet the requirements of federal and
state law. Please speak to your Staffing Specialist if you will need to take military leave and
additional information will be provided to you.
JURY AND WITNESS DUTY
Upon receipt of notification from the state or federal courts of an obligation to serve on a jury,
you must notify your staffing specialist and provide him or her with a copy of the jury
summons. You are not paid for time off for jury duty or appearance in court as a witness unless
required by state or local law. Please refer to the notice pertaining to the state within you work.
Employees will not be disciplined for taking time off for jury or witness duty.
