individuals are treated with respect and dignity. We believe that each individual has the right
to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and
prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, we expect that all

These practices include, but are not limited to, recruitment, selection, job assignment, transfer,
promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline including termination, training, and compensation and
benefits. This policy extends to all applicants and employees to the extent required by
applicable laws, and must complied with by all employees as well. It is your responsibility to
immediately report to your Staffing Specialist any situation that you believe involves other than
equal opportunity. All concerns will be taken seriously, will be promptly investigated, and will
be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible. We prohibit any form of retaliation
against an employee for a bona-fide complaint under this policy or for assisting in a compliant
investigation.
There is no requirement to follow any formal chain of command when filing a complaint. You
may file a complaint or express any issue of concern with the Staffing Specialist, the Corporate
Human Resource Manager, or any member of the Executive Team at 1-888-222-0457.
