We are an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a work environment in which all
individuals are treated with respect and dignity. We believe that each individual has the right

prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, we expect that all
relationships among persons in the work environment will be business-like and free of bias,
               prejudice and harassment.

We strive to administer all policies without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national
origin or ancestry, marital status, veteran and active duty military status, sexual orientation,
gender identity, ancestry, genetic information, disability, or any other protected category under
               applicable federal and state law.

These practices include, but are not limited to, recruitment, selection, job assignment, transfer,
promotion, demotion, layoff, discipline including termination, training, and compensation and
benefits. This policy extends to all applicants and employees to the extent required by
applicable laws, and must complied with by all employees as well. It is your responsibility to
immediately report to your Staffing Specialist any situation that you believe involves other than
equal opportunity. All concerns will be taken seriously, will be promptly investigated, and will
be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible. We prohibit any form of retaliation

against an employee for a bona-fide complaint under this policy or for assisting in a compliant
               investigation.

There is no requirement to follow any formal chain of command when filing a complaint. You
may file a complaint or express any issue of concern with the Staffing Specialist, the Corporate
