PAY INFORMATION
TIME RECORDING AND REPORTING
The workweek for most work assignments begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
“Your timesheet” is the official record of time worked. It is your responsibility for accurately
reporting your time for all hours worked and break times, including any overtime, by the end of
the workweek. Breaks of 20 minutes or less are considered time worked and should not be
deducted from your time record. Meal and break periods of 30 minutes or more is unpaid time
and should be recorded on your time record as unpaid time. If you are not provided a meal or
rest break to which you are entitled, contact your Staffing Specialist immediately.
ELECTRONIC TIME SHEET INSTRUCTIONS
We use the PeopleNet Web Time Entry application to make the process of entering time easier
and more efficient for you.

STEP 1: REGISTRATION
1. Go to eeihr.mypeoplenet.com and look for the New User icon to register.
2. You will register with the last four digits of your social security number
3. Your email address is your User ID (please register with an email address that
you check frequently.)
STEP 2: REVIEW ALL PEOPLENET WEB TIME ENTRY TUTORIALS
STEP 3: ENTER TIME AS INSTRUCTED IN THE TUTORIALS
All time should be entered by Saturday evening each week to ensure your time is
approved and you are paid on time.
You will receive time entry email reminders on Fridays if you have not entered
any time for the previous week on your active assignment(s).
Please allow email from Support@PeopleNet-us.com or check your Spam folder
if you do not receive these reminders.
