YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITH TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS, INC.

               EMPLOYMENT IS AT WILL


               We are happy to welcome you and sincerely hope that your employment here will be a positive
               and rewarding experience. However, we cannot make any guarantees about your continued
               employment. Your employment here is at will. This means that you are free to quit at any time,
               for any reason, just as we are free to terminate your employment at any time, for any
               reasonwith or without notice, with or without cause.

               Only the President or Vice President, has the authority to change the at-will employment

               relationship with you. Further, the President or Vice President may change the at-will
               employment relationship only in a written contract, signed by you and the President or Vice
               President. Nothing in this Handbook constitutes a contract or promise of continued
               employment.

               BEGINNING EMPLOYMENT

               Following the application process, employment with us begins the first day of your assignment.
               Individuals who have not performed any work on our behalf are not considered employees of
               the company.

               IMMIGRATION AND REFORM CONTROL ACT (FORM I-9)


               We comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as amended.  As such, only
               qualified individuals who are authorized and eligible to work in the United States will be hired.

               Newly hired employees are required by law to submit within three days of hire specific, original
               documents as stipulated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) verifying their identity
               and legal right to work in the United States, and to complete the DHS Form I-9.  Employees who
               fail to provide the required documents within the three (3) day time period, of their first

               assignment, will be disqualified from further employment.

               If your work authorization is subject to expiration, you will be required to resubmit
               authorization documents before the expiration date and complete a new DHS Form I-9.

               BACKGROUND CHECKS AND CONSUMER REPORTS

               From time to time, we and/or our clients require that a background check be performed and
               “passed” as a prerequisite to placement of the assignment.  The background check will be

               performed after the conditional offer of employment has been made, obtaining your written
               consent, and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA).  At times an additional
