               EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS



               TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES

               Periodically, it becomes necessary for us to hire individuals for a client to perform a job or to
               work on a project that has a limited duration. Typically, this happens in the event of a special
               project, special time of year, abnormal workload, or emergency.


               Individuals whom we hire for such work are temporary employees and are eligible to
               participate in some of our Company benefit programs.

               Temporary employees will be provided all benefits mandated by law.


               INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

               These individuals are not employees of Temporary Solutions, Inc. and are either self- employed
               or work for a third-party vendor.  An independent contractor is engaged to perform a task
               according to his or her own methods and is subject to control and direction by Temporary
               Solutions, Inc. or client only as to the results to be accomplished.  Independent contractors are
               not entitled to benefits.


               EXEMPT AND NONEXEMPT EMPLOYEES

               Your entitlement to earn overtime pay depends on whether you are classified as an exempt or
               a nonexempt employee.

               Exempt employees are those who do not earn overtime because they are exempt from the
               overtime provisions of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and applicable state laws.


               Nonexempt employees are those who meet the criteria for being covered by the overtime
               provisions of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and applicable state laws.

               If you are uncertain about which category you fall into, speak to your Staffing Specialist.

               WORK ASSIGNMENTS


               This handbook is designed to provide you with valuable information in preparation for your
               assignments.  Because we are familiar with the employment and labor markets in Maryland,
               Virginia and Washington DC, we have the expertise to assist you in finding assignments that are
