We offer you the value and convenience of directly depositing your paycheck into an account of
your choice, after your first paycheck. We strongly encourage the use of direct deposit for a
number of reasons, including -
saving you a trip to the bank as well as the gas expense
having payroll funds sent directly to the bank and available for immediate use
reducing risks associated with your paycheck arriving late, or being lost or stolen
in the mail.
Direct Deposit forms may be obtained from your Staffing Specialist as part of the onboarding
process and new hire orientation. After beginning direct deposit, it is also important to submit
a new form any time a bank account changes. If you do not have a bank account, you may want
to open an account with our national credit union, Alliant Credit Union. Contact your Staffing
Specialist for more information on Alliant Credit Union if you are interested.
VERIFICATION OF PAY
While we comply with the various laws governing payment of wages, including, but not limited
to, the proper deduction of wages, you are encouraged to thoroughly review and verify the
accuracy of your paychecks each payday and to immediately advise your Staffing Specialist of
any pay-related errors or concerns, including but not limited to verifying:
The number of hours worked
Calculation and payment of overtime hours worked
The reduction in salary if classified as an exempt employee
Deduction and/or tax withholdings
Compensable time
ADMINISTRATIVE PAY CORRECTIONS
All pay-related errors and concerns will be taken seriously and will be promptly investigated.
Verified errors will be resolved as quickly as possible, but no later than two (2) pay periods from
the date the problem was identified.
FINAL PAY AT TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
To ensure the accurate processing of the final paycheck, you are requested to contact your
Staffing Specialist immediately following the submission of a notice of resignation or if the on-
site supervisor terminates the work assignment. Final paycheck will be issued with the next
regularly scheduled payday following the last day of work, unless otherwise required by State
law.
