east fork goes up East Railroad Canyon to the Hillsboro By- Pass Trail. Both trails travel along a free-flowing stream until you reach their upper reaches. Russ Kleinman (2009-2018), K. Blisard (2011-2018), and R. S. Felger (2011-1015) have all collected specimens referenced in this checklist.
Emory Pass: The highest point on NM-152 is at Emory Pass. There is an overlook at the Pass and access to the
Black Range Crest Trail (north to Hillsboro Peak, south to Sawyers Peak) and the trail from the Kingston Cemetery. Among those who have collected plants in this area are; E. F. Castetter (1939-1954), Richard J. Shaw (1956-1959), R. D. Worthington (1983-1998), Russ Kleinman (2009-2018), K. Blisard (2011-2018), and Bernadette Kuhn (2006).
