Employment & The Labour Law

Part 3 of this Chamber Training Centre Legal Assist course takes place at the Chamber’s offices in
Governors Square, from 9am – 11am. This two-hour course will review important elements of the
Pensions Law. A secure future is important to all, and so a basic understanding this Law is vital to
ins�lling confidence in employees, as well as ensure your business stays on the right side of the

Friday, March 6th.

Fishing Tournament

The third annual BK Big Fish fishing tournament takes place from 6-8 March with over $55,000
in cash and prizes for all par�cipants. Registra�on for the tournament takes place Wednesday,
4 March at George Town Yacht Club, and at Captain’s Table in the Brac. There will also be a
Cayman Outreach Program on 7 and 8 March at GTYC which educates youths on conserva�on,
as well as the basics of fishing. The camp will conclude with a Family Fishing Derby. In addi�on
to the two-day fishing clinic is the Fishing Family Fun Day on 7 Mar. from 12- 4 pm which includes
virtual reality, snow cones, face pain�ng, games and ac�vi�es for the en�re family.

The newly introduced training course by The Ken Blanchard Companies is being offered by the
Chamber Training Centre for the first �me. It’s an all-day course star�ng from 9am – 5pm aimed
at showing employees how to become and stay op�mally mo�vated.

Fishing Family Fun Day

A family fun day takes place at the George Town Yacht Club from 12-4pm. Ac�vi�es will include
an IGFA Kids Fishing Clinic where you can learn the ins and outs of spor�ishing, virtual reality,
educa�onal games, fish figh�ng, face pain�ng and more. Brought to you by BK Big Fish Tournament,
Cayman Islands Angling Club, Guy Harvey Ocean Founda�on, IGFA and Car City.
