            What happened

                  this year?

The audits recommenced in January and ran throughout the first half of the year.
There were many positives highlighted, including a continued improvement in the scoring
for IT and the Comms Rooms, and the teams dedicated a great amount of time to ensuring
that building standards were high. 23 King Street was the building who achieved the highest
score, achieving 98%, with the cleaning standards there incredibly high and the team making
sure that all procedures were being followed correctly. The audits are continuing for the
second half of the year, so an update will follow on the year overall in due course.
