Reductase

 Activated Vit K involve in the production of clotting Factor 2, 7, 9,

10 (II, VII, IX and X)

Warfarin  inhibit Vitamin K Reductase enzyme  result in loss of
production of these factors and Result in antithrombic activity.

Reversal of effects

Effects of warfarin can be reversed by Vit K  will result in
synthesis of cofactors in 6 to 24 hours
